Health boost weekend

Blow the cobwebs away and get back into your routine after summer with a three night break at award winning Almohalla 51.  The weekend includes fitness sessions with Elle from DevElle, a fully qualified trainer, and great, healthy food.

Your training days will include 

  • Breakfast followed by a walk on a local route. Depending on the light, this walk will include stretching and mindful relaxation in the outdoors or on the terraces of Almohalla 51 on your return
  • Three hours of full body training sessions designed to cover including: Circuits (for strength, posture and agility, HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training – intense classes focused on cardio vascular) and Aqua Aerobics
  • Dietary overview with menu cards and tips plus a healthy lunch 
  • An afternoon Flex and Tone session (deep muscle stretching) 
  • Dinners at Almohalla 51 on the first and second evenings

Monday morning breakfast and departure

  • Three nights B&B, in either a shared or single occupancy room
  • Two half days of guided walks, stretching exercises and “circuits” style body training with a fully qualified and experienced personal trainer 
  • Two healthy lunches and dinners with the last night left free for you to experience the culinary delights of Archidona
